The Governors of Milverton Community Primary & Pre-School are pleased to seek the appointment of a highly-motivated and experienced leader who will take the school forward to the next phase of its development, whilst providing the best possible education and experiences for all the children at the school. 

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• will provide outstanding leadership to our valued team and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• nurtures each child’s individuality through the continued development of our broad and creative curriculum.
• will develop a clear vision for the future to achieve the highest standard of teaching and learning.
• has high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and achievement.
• has excellent communication skills to cement relationships with our wonderful pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community.
